For ideas of what to put in them - see below 👇🏻 I tried this out last week & actually was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. Again, I make the boxes in the morning when we do breakfast or the night before with the dinner mess. When my kids want lunch or snacks, they pull them out OR if we decide to go on an outing (we pull them out of the fridge & take them with us). I've left them for 2 days in the fridge with no sogginess if anything. The ask for snacks has been less (not gone, but less) and I'm not making another mess for lunch 🙌🏻 I'm ok if it's more snacky food and not a full course meal, because my kids usually nibble for lunch anyway. ⭐️ What I've done: •Turkey, cheese, ritz crackers •Mini pizzas: mini naan, cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni •PB and j (just cut it into 4 and lay it sideways) 👉🏻 In the containers w/the food I've also added: •veggies with ranch dip •Yogurt w/mini chocolate chips in the center + granola in a different compartment •a dessert of some kind (Oreo, piece of chocolate, etc) Silicone containers: •Cheese cubes, beef stock cut up •Grapes or other fruit •teddy grahams with a Greek yogurt dip ( 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup PB,TBS honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon - can also add mini chocolate chips) •Veggies & ranch Tell me what other ideas you have! I think I'm going to keep this up this summer, so send help! LTKSummerEdit LTKFamily LTKKids
