There is nothing I love more than a gingham drape and these from Twopages curtains deliver. They’re beautifully tailored, pleated, lined, and custom made and delivered in around two weeks. I don’t know how TwoPages did it but I’m glad they did!

A go-to Fall look! Neutral beiges and browns mix beautifully with a yellow pop of color in this super soft affordable cardigan.

Stairway holiday garland sneak peek! I’m just getting started and plan to add more, but I wanted to show you the base of my garland so you can plan ahead for the holidays. It always seems like the garlands sell out so quickly! Here’s what I used. These are definitely higher priced than many of the garlands influencers are posting this season, but I promise they are worth it! No plastic-y garland for me!

• A PVC mixed pine garland as a base (unlit with at least 300 tips)

• Then I wrapped it in a real touch cedar garland

• The Amazon table runners in Dusty Blue are used as “ribbon”

Trust me when I say these are GOOD! I’ve bought a few towels and bath mats in my day and these are impressive! Oversized, fluffy, soft, and wash up great. I’ve been using and washing the ones shown in this video nonstop for 6 months and no shedding, snags, or fraying. I bought the bath sheet size in the color French Vanilla. They’re luxurious enough to be master bath and guest worthy, but priced so great I bought them for my son to take to college too!

This cold weather calls for a cozy set and bunny slippers🐰🐰
This scuba knit pullover and wide leg pants are so comfy and polished looking! Great for around the house or as a travel set. I have worn mine nonstop this winter! It’s been washed many times and looks good as new. The pants are a drawstring trouser style and have a crisp crease up the front. Sizing is a bit on the large size. I went down one and am wearing a small instead of my usual medium.

The question I get asked most often has nothing to do with my usual home decor content, it’s “what do you use on your skin!?” So here it is: my ride or die skincare regime. I’m in my late 40’s and have dry, sensitive, acne prone skin. I’m also extremely practical when it comes to skincare and won’t spend money on fancy products when I don’t need to.

NIGHT: cleanse with Vanicream face wash, then pat on the Laroche Posay hyaluronic acid serum on damp skin, follow with the Cosrx Snail serum, The Ordinary moisturizer, then I top it with the Differin retinoid. I only use the retinoid every other night so I use the pink collagen sleeping mask on nights I don’t.

MORNING: hyaluronic acid and snail serumsl just like at night, follow with the Paula’s choice BHA/AHA exfoliant. This combo is lightweight and works great under makeup

TWO NEW products I’m trying and like so far are the Vanicream vitamin C (use in the morning and alternate days with the Paula’s choice BHA in the gray bottle). I’m also trying the CosRX peptide serum. Use morning and night as your first step under the hyaluronic acid serum.
