My new dining room drapes are up and I’m smitten😍 Wait ‘till you see all of the options!

As soon as I got these unboxed and hung I was instantly in love with the white linen + blue embroidered Greek key trim combo. My new drapes are pinch pleated, custom sized, and were done in just a few weeks! I truly am so impressed with @twopagescurtains. SIZE NOTES:
I sized down from my usual medium to a small in the top and it’s still really roomy. Wearing my usual medium in the pants and they’re perfect. I’m 5’8” and the regular length is great. Also available in petite and tall! Love the tailored trouser style of these pants and they’re seaming up the front.

These Ralph Lauren sweaters are absolutely adorable and the quality is so good! The fit is classic (I ordered my usual size medium) but I say size up if you’d like a relaxed oversized fit. Love it paired with my favorite Amazon gingham ruffle button down and comfy drawstring jeans (I sized down one in the jeans)

These Walmart ornaments are selling out quickly so don’t dilly dally! I did find all of these at my local store so try that if they’re sold out online.

The colors of velvet ornaments I used in my garland are beige, and light brown.

A go-to Fall look! Neutral beiges and browns mix beautifully with a yellow pop of color in this super soft affordable cardigan.

Let’s talk about the jeans, they’re the first pair of jeans I’ve put on that I’ve actually liked in years! I’m so glad to have found a style that isn’t super high rise, they’re a true mid rise. The length is perfect and they come in lots of good washes.

Stairway holiday garland sneak peek! I’m just getting started and plan to add more, but I wanted to show you the base of my garland so you can plan ahead for the holidays. It always seems like the garlands sell out so quickly! Here’s what I used. These are definitely higher priced than many of the garlands influencers are posting this season, but I promise they are worth it! No plastic-y garland for me!

• A PVC mixed pine garland as a base (unlit with at least 300 tips)

• Then I wrapped it in a real touch cedar garland

• The Amazon table runners in Dusty Blue are used as “ribbon”

Trust me when I say these are GOOD! I’ve bought a few towels and bath mats in my day and these are impressive! Oversized, fluffy, soft, and wash up great. I’ve been using and washing the ones shown in this video nonstop for 6 months and no shedding, snags, or fraying. I bought the bath sheet size in the color French Vanilla. They’re luxurious enough to be master bath and guest worthy, but priced so great I bought them for my son to take to college too!

Am I the only one that loves a dimmer on every fixture!? I was so proud of myself when I figured out that this simple Amazon purchase could dim any fixture without calling an electrician. I bought these lightbulbs in a set of two that work from one remote. They dim and you can change the temperature of the light from cool to warm. #ltkhome
