Did you know ⁉️ that you can make an “ice pack” out of mini marshmallows!!?? 🤯 We’ve been doing this momhack for years with our kiddos and it seriously never gets old 🙌🏻 Instead of a stiff ice pack, or the gel ones that my toddler complains are “too cold” 🥶 a mini marshmallow ice pack gets cold enough to help with inflammation but still stays soft so it can form around the affected area.
