Self-employed with ADD feels like an oxymoron 😅 Finding my routine *again* because coming back to structure is what re-grounds me and improves my mental health. 🧘🏻♀️ The goals: -workout in the morning, even for 15 mins -edit, post, plan, etc during “office hours” rather than sporadically throughout the day (this protects being present outside of office hours, which can and will change day to day due to the nature of my job) -cook more (and slow down and practice enjoying it) morningroutine vlog
