When you're with those friends who support your mental health, cheer you on, pray for you, tell you the truth when you need to hear it... and occasionally convince you to do something slightly questionable for the memories. 🤣💃🏻 Tag the friend who keeps you young but may also be responsible for a few stories you'll never tell your children. 😉 As adults, friendships don't just happen anymore. If we want community, we have to make room for it. Between kids, work, marriage, sports schedules, church commitments, and life in general, friendship is often one of the first things to get squeezed out. And yet, it's one of the things we need MOST. That's one reason relationships are an ENTIRE STEP of The Sunday Reset. If something matters, I have to schedule it: Time with God. Time with my spouse on date nights. Time with my kids. Time with my people. The women who challenge you, encourage you, laugh with you, pray for you, and remind you who you are when life gets hard. God designed us for community, not surface-level connection, but real friendships that helps us grow, heal, and point us back to Jesus. 💛 If you're looking for encouragement on building deeper friendships, DM me the word DEVOTIONAL and I'll send you my free 5 Day Devotional designed to help you reconnect with God and reconnect with Biblical community! And tell me below... who's the friend you're tagging? 👇🏼 sundayreset healthybyheatherbrown
