I recently baked the prettiest spring cupcakes! I am not a “baker” to say, so I went simple and used a boxed carrot cake mix. I did my part to make them special by making my own Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting. I piped on the icing in the simplest way and decorated them with dried edible flower sprinkles!
