Christmas Devorating Essentials! When decorating a Christmas tree, there are few things you should have on hand to ensure a flawless execution. These are my tried-and-true accessories: Floral Wire: I wire all the ornaments on the tree to remove the distraction of the hanger and create the illusion that the ornament is floating from the branch. It’s also a great way to keep the ornaments from being pulled off the tree by little hands or animal paws. Wire Cutters: A nice small pair will be just fine. These are the ones I use. Fabric Cutting Scissors: These are essential for cutting a nice clean edge tail on your ribbon. Ribbon only though! Cutting wire with these scissors will damage them. Gel Glue: For when those little tops pop off your ornaments! Any clear glue should be fine but I use gel Gorilla glue. Long Gloves: You are going to think I’m crazy but trust me, these will save your arms when fluffing the tree. Remember that you have fluff from the inside out, and that will scratch up your hands terribly. Save your arms! Cordless Vacuum: I’ve tried so many vacuums and this one has been the best. It’s lightweight and super powerful.
