Floating shelves are very beginner DIY friendly. You cut your wood to size, sand, drill your holes for the pegs, mark on your wall where they will be going, the pegs get fastened to a stud, slide your shelf on. That’s it! You can stain beforehand as well but we didn’t because we weren’t sure what we wanted to do. Dimensions of our shelves: - 4’ long - 10” wide - 2.5” thick We are staining the floating shelves, painting the cabinet, and installing the tile next! So close to the finish line. I linked our peg kit and shelf option! diy laundryroom buildergradeupgrade floatingshelves interiors makingahouseahome homeimprovement paint interiordesign LTKHome
