still questioning vibration plates? i was too…until i wasn’t.

so, i’ve had my plate over 100 days and am LOVING it! dropping allll the benefits below, but these are the three things i’ve noticed the most…

i was srsly not expecting to love my plate this much. it’s sooooo easy to use and so fast…ten minutes per session! i planned to use 3x week, but am actually using around 5-6 times. mornings for a boost, evenings to chill me the eff out! 🫠
