These @Aerie street trousers are a comfortable pant to have this fall season. I do think the girlie who has a little more bottom will find these fit a bit better because of the pleat in the back.

Being consistent with exfoliating has my skin feeling better than ever at 50 years old. Trust me when I tell you, you’re going to want to make this a pert of your routine.

I’ve been looking for a nice long and lightweight robe for my tall frame. This satin robe from @Macy's has been one of my favorite recent finds.

Yes, there are steps to any skincare routine, but these steps are simple and take me about 7 minutes to complete each day. I have been using the @paulaschoice line since my 30s and it’s still a good fit for my maturing skin now.

@Aerie and American Eagle are still my go to for comfortable pieces, travel outfits, and jeans. Grabbed some really good fall pieces for the season.

#LTKOver40 #LTKTall #LTKgrwm

I really like the colors on these looks. I stepped outside my box a little bit with these casual fall pieces.

I didn’t know I could like a men’s windbreaker so much and find a few good ways to wear it. These are still in stock and on clearance

#LTKgrwm #LTKSaleAlert #LTKOver40

Cozy and comfortable is the name of the game for me when fall hits. @Aerie is one of my favorite places to find the comfortable things I need.

A little inspo for you. I love a sweatshirt and shorts together but it’s hard to do in the Midwest. The weather is great right now so go for it! I get a lot of my hoodies and sweatshirts from @Aerie and I have all the ones I tagged.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40

I finally found a pair of lace trim pants that I’ll be able to wear for bit. I like the comfortable waistline and the cognac color. These are on clearance and going fast.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKTall

I waited for these pants to go on sale. Mainly short length available but if you have track pants you can easily pull off these looks.

Gotta protect ourselves while walking, and here are a few quick, easy, and trusted ways to get it done.

#LTKgrwm #LTKOver40 #LTKActive

The weather has me in a sweatshirt and jeans right now. Live my 90s R&B girl sweatshirt and these straight leg jeans together.

A simple light layered look for the change in season.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKTall

I grabbed these sneakers at JCPenney earlier in the summer for the fall season. Really cute and comfortable Adidas. This color isn’t available any longer but there are some other nice ones, including a cute pink pair.

#LTKOver40 #LTKgrwm

This @kohls dress is the one you voted on for me to wear to the tea room. It’s part of the Lauren Conrad collection and while this one isn’t available any longer I linked some other options. This line is a good one to consider for cute and simple dresses during the season and there is a 40% off coupon that ends today.

I love how heavy duty this Dutch oven is. I have been impressed by the Bobby Flay by Green Pan line @kohls. I’ve purchased several items and been very pleased.

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKHome

I like to get kitchenware from @kohls when they are having sale. These knives have held up nicely for a year and I haven’t had to sharpen them yet. Use that coupon!

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKHome

‼️The bag I like using for the farmers market is under $5 in the mint color and $6 in the orange color for a limited time. Really easy to clean and a nice capacity for all the fresh veggies I love to grab.

#LTKSaleAlert

My favorite jegging joggers from American Eagle. Love the fit, the length, and they have some really nice colors too.

#LTKootd #LTKTall #LTKOver40

Cooler weather is a great time to add a weighted vest to your walking routine. This one is a reasonable price to start with before trying a more costly version.

These street trousers feel good and are a nice comfy pant. There is some kind of pleat in the bottom area that I do not like but I will keep these as a pair of comfies for myself.

#LTKootd #LTKTall #LTKOver40

The Drunk Elephant C- Firma Fresh Day serum was good serum to work with for 30 days. My skin looked and felt great. This serum is on the higher end so watch for a sale.

Just chilling in my @Aerie jumpsuit and being right.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKSaleAlert

Summer’s not over yet, and in the meantime I’m still wearing shorts and ready for the summer clearance deals. I have purchased these @kohls utility shorts a couple of years in a row, and you can never go wrong with a basic tank.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKTall

Always be safe when you are out walking. These are a couple of products I carry for my personal safety every day.

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKOver40 #LTKActive

Here are some tried and true products I use in my everyday life. I grabbed these @kohls and the $10 off $25 dollar coupon is the perfect time to try them out and you you get an extra 15% off home items.

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKHome #LTKSaleAlert

Right now this is the only way I’m thinking about fall while holding on to summer as long as I can. The @kohls $10 off $25 coupon is a great way to checkout these Dearfoam slippers. Other cute prints are available.

#LTKSaleAlert

These Rubbermaid glass storage containers are a good choice to consider if you want to start using less plastic. The @kohls 10 off 25 dollar coupon running over the Labor Day weekend is a good way to try them out. I’ve had mine for over a year

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKdayinmylife

It’s a great time to catch the sale going on @paulaschoice and here are some of my tried and true products I’ve been using on my skin for years.

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKBeauty #LTKOver40

The way these @Aerie joggers feel has really shocked me. They are like some nice pjs. Just be aware of the kind of undies you put underneath them.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKTall

I’ve been having some good luck with my Old Navy pants and I hope these bounce fleece cargo pants hold up just as well. They feel so good and would be a nice travel outfit idea.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKTall

This relaxed bomber from @kohls is a nice lightweight topper for the changing weather. I really like the fit of these denim jeans from American Eagle and the slight stretch they have to them.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40

This bag I grabbed at Amazon has been good to me for my days at the farmers market. Comes in multiple colors and it’s under &10

Perimenopause insomnia is hard on me. I’m willing to try a few things, and here are some things that have worked, and others not so much. Check them out for yourself to see what might work for your body. You can find recipes for the magnesium butter and jujube fruit & goji berry tea on the blog!
