Entrances are one of the spaces I don't get asked about very much but I find them one of the most important.
They are the first impression, they hold the power to set the tone for the rest of the house.
However, this is true entrances.
- A shoe farm.
- A table that's scratched from keys thrown on it.
- Salt and dirt stained rugs.
- Mirrors that are out dated because you pass this space in a wiz.

Here's where most people get it wrong. Not knowing when to stop... Yes, this bathroom is pattern heavy. Wallpaper, floor, rug. Having a plan and knowing when to stop the pattern, is key. 😊 Wallpapering the entire bathroom wood have overkilled the pattern and the paper would not have been so effective. Also, knowing how to mix the pattern is key. Failing to mix the correct patterns together will result in a miss mash of total chaos. Do you need a quick and easy cheat sheet that will show you how to mix pattern effectively? Or, if you're like me it will be at the very bottom of your purse. 😂 Designer tip: Consider a vanity that's a few inches away from your walls. This will look like a piece of furniture.
