I have created such a good flow with doing my own nails. Been practicing builder gel and hard gel for years now and finally feeling more confident with it.

But my nails haven’t had a break for a long time. They’re fully grown out natural and I decided to scrap the gel this time and do a shorter, clean and classic milky white on natural nails. I left a very thin layer of builder gel for strength so I will be tagging that here as bell since a nice slip layer will give better structure and strength to natural nails.

The nail polish I used is essentially “makeup” for the nails. It helps cover and conceal imperfections and make them look top notch with little effort! It is not a gel formula so it did take me some patience to let them dry 🙃

One of the best things I learned reading the book ‘Atomic Habits’ by James Clear, is the power of habit stacking. It’s one of the only ways to truly maximize productivity time.

Obviously habit stacking everything is never a good idea either. I strive to be present for most things in life. But a combo that is mindless (to some degree) like walking and using my creative brain at the same time, is deeply fulfilling.

This has really helped my adhd a ton! It helps light up every part of my brain that feeds my reward system for accomplishment.

It isn’t really about doing “more” as much as it’s about being intentional with what feels aligned, fills me with satisfaction and feels joyful.

Been trying these for a while to MAKE SURE I could wildly recommend them. I’ve tried so many highly rated nip covers and these are hands down the best.

The really do stay on through anything… I even kept them on for workouts to make sure bc IYKYK that most nip covers sweat themselves off.

I’ve even been personally victimized by cakes 🤣 they literally do not work for me unless I’m wearing a skin tight shirt. But Nood No show covers can be worn with anything!!

Facial dry brushing is my new fav activity. This lighting sucks but you can still see the results—lifted, more awakened tone. Obsessed is an understatement. (Technique tips below- # 2 is most important and most ppl don’t do it correctly)

Dry brushing for the face is really gentle and relaxing. It helps with blood flow, lymphatic drainage and temporary toning/lifting of the face.

A few important tips to remember bc a lot of people do lymphatic drainage incorrectly. I learned this from a certified lymph specialist years ago and I’ve used these steps ever since.

1. Always open your lymph channels before you begin this technique. This is located in the soft tissue behind your collarbone as well as your ears. A few simple palpitations/rubs of the area is all you need.

2. Start from the bottom of the face and work your way up. A lot of people start at the top of their face and work their way down, but imagine trying to move any fluid through areas that are still clogged up? Doesn’t work this way and create more harm than good over time. I start from under my jaw and push fluid down into the collarbone area to “dump” there. That will be your end point the entire time. Then I work my way up through each section of the face, and working my way down again with each pass through to effectively drain and not create any blockages or buildup.

3. Use skincare AFTER facial dry brushing.

…and stress leads to wrinkles in the forehead and 11 lines too. So a nice extra to relax the muscles and pull them apart. It instantly gives me relief 😮‍💨 I cut these small strips place one end down between my eye brows and press down to ensure it sticks. Then I pull up and out towards the outter corner of my forehead and tack it down and then press down on the entire strip to hold in place. Then repeat on the other side (but overlap them between the brows)

These stick on my oily skin care too. Just gotta hold down a little longer but they will stick perfectly which is wayyy better than a lot of face patches out there

Overall 10/10 product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been using these tanning drops for about 3 months now and I’m obsessed. They not only rate incredibly well on Yuka, making them one of the most natural tanning solutions I’ve ever found, but they also WORK SO INCREDIBLY 👏🏽 they’re easy to use in your normal skincare routine, with just a few drops added to your fav moisturizer for easy application and won’t clog pores so you can use them on your face!

I don’t use them every day, just when I feel like I need a lil boost (especially during winter) and they make my skin look so much more glowy and healthy.

The tan develops quickly IMO (about 2 hours it starts to show results) and keeps depending over 4-6 hours. Doesn’t feel sticky, doesn’t smell icky.

My absolute favorite tanning lotion!! So hard to find one with good ingredients…..Rates 93/100 on Yuka 👏🏽 🌱 and no ick smell!

Great if you like a subtle natural tan or get a darker shade for a more intense color. I use medium to dark but could use extra dark for more color!

I’ve gotten sooo many compliments on my sparkly magnetic manicure so figured I’d share here.

I got my nails done with acrylics 6 weeks ago and did my own fill with builder gel about 2 weeks ago so you’ll notice a bit of grow out but they’re holding up SO well.

I did a gel sandwhich with regular Essie polish in baby blue on top of the builder gel and then this magnetic silver sparkle gel polish on top and did a slight cat eye. It’s sheer so whatever color you put under will affect how the mani looks

Ok so I did a little experiment for science 🤓 … I didn’t use these toner pads for over a week to see how my skin would look. The before is what it looks like without using them for a bit. The after is one use, so imagine what my skin normally looks like when I use them consistently 🤩
