Tried for a nap time workout—they slept for 20 minutes 🥲. Right now my motto is something is better than nothing 😂. Love my stinkers, they keep me on my toes.

Clearly my morning routine is a bit rusty 🤣. Crammed all the necessary tasks into an hour before work.

I am incredibly my fortunate to have a hybrid job where I spend most of the week at home but that hasn’t made the mental transition of going back to my 9-5 any easier.

The U.S. has zero guaranteed paid maternity leave. The international recommended MINIMUM standard is 14 weeks. American working moms are superhuman by necessity. Thriving in an environment that is hostile towards the needs of mothers and children.

Imma do the dang thing because I really have no choice but man, we need better options!!

Come on, friend! We’re getting a workout in. 20-25 minutes of your day, low equipment, full body.

I’ve been on traveling with family this week and schedules are off. But I have ~30 minutes every day to get a quick workout in and something better than nothing!!

Did this full body workout yesterday some warmup and mobility, a little plus, strength and core, covers all the bases if you ask me!
