✨Why I continue to make time for this...

As much as I love teaching yoga as an instructor, taking a yoga class as a student is equally important (if not more).

❤️The hardest part sometimes is simply getting there (finding the extra time, not feeling like driving to get there, prioritzing other things that are important).

I encourage you this - simply show up. Whether you’re feeling happy, sad, excited, nervous.....

Once you’re actually on your mat, it’s a reminder that you’re giving yourself a moment to breathe, move, and let go. It’s a chance to show up for you so you have the capacity to show up for others.

❤️You deserve that space, that time, and the joy it brings (or anything else that you like to do that makes you feel at peace).

This is your much needed reminder to take a pause and reflect on how you want to spend your time today. Hoping you’re able to show up to the experiences that you feel add value to your life.

I love an all-black workout / pilates outfit—there’s something about it that just makes me feel so put together! Grippy socks are obviously required but they great stability and comfort during every session, plus they feel super breathable and cozy.
