Day 2 with my Kamut Sourdough Starter! Should have fed her after 12 hours but I was in bed so we went over- that’s okay! This will be our new routine- take 1 tsp of starter, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup of kamut flour every 24 hours. Keep doing this until she doubles in size and then she’s ready to bake with!
