She’s Starting Y’all! She’s starting a starter. Again. Going in with more knowledge this time, but adding a twist by going with Kamut flour this time. It is an ancient grain that hasn’t been modified, making it easier for our bodies- even those with sensitivities- to digest. The Food Nanny is my Yoda, I’ve learned from her and she is an expert. But if you’re looking for Kamut Sourdough for Dummies…you’re probably in the right place🤣
