5 cleaning tools that do the hard work for you! These make everyday clean-ups faster, easier, and (dare I say) a little more fun! I would recommend these products/tools to anyone because they are so effective, affordable, and versatile. Here's the list 👇

1️⃣ Mini Handheld Vacuum – I keep this in the kitchen for all. the. crumbs. It’s small, compact, and easy enough that the girls use it too! Perfect for quick messes anywhere in the house (or even your car!)

2️⃣ Electronic Scrubbers – My pink one has different attachments (and an extendable pole for getting both low and high areas). It makes cleaning showers, tubs, stovetops, and sinks so much easier. The small red one is perfect for cracks and crevices — grout, window tracks, faucets. It's small but mighty!

3️⃣ Bissell Hand Steamer – A total game changer. This tool blasts away gunk from window tracks, sinks, and everywhere in between — using just hot steam to clean and disinfect. I use it in every room! I love that it doesn't use any chemicals and cuts my cleaning time down significantly!

The hours right after school can set the tone for the whole evening. A few simple systems can make that shift from school mode to home mode calmer for everyone:

1. Create a Transition Ritual
A short 5–10 minute routine signals the shift. My girls put away their coats and shoes, unload their backpacks, and put papers I need to see into a tray in our office. This allows me to look at the papers later without them cluttering up the counter.

2. Have a Snack Station Ready
Prepped bins in the fridge or pantry show the girls what they can have that are approved by me.

3. Build in Decompression Time
I have all my girls separate to different rooms to each have some time alone to regroup before the rest of the evening. This has made a huge difference and is a reset we didn’t know we needed! They may watch a show or catch up on reading or homework if they have it.

A little planning on the front end makes the after-school window so much more peaceful!

Back-to-school doesn’t have to mean chaos. These simple systems have been game changers in our house:

1️⃣ Clothes Organizer – outfits picked & approved on Sunday = zero morning battles. You don’t need anything fancy here, just something with compartments that your kids understand!

2️⃣ Hair Caddy – all brushes, ties & spray in one grab-and-go spot. We keep it in our art cabinet by the breakfast table so I don’t have to run around the house for it.

3️⃣ Breakfast Station – kids get choices, you keep control. I have a separate reel that explains how we do it!

4️⃣ Lunch Packing Station – less whining, more independence. I have a separate reel for this one too!

5️⃣ Morning Timer – Alexa reminders keep us on track without me nagging.

The best part? You don’t need anything fancy. Most of these can be done with what you already have at home. 🙌
