I couldn’t resist serving it in this awesome football crockpot, so I doubled the recipe for the video. Perfect for the Big Game, playoffs, or any cozy crowd-feeding moment.

Ingredients
• 1 cream cheese block
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• Shredded deli pepperoni- I always use Hormel, it seems to be the best for flavor.

Directions
Add everything to the crockpot, set on low, melt and stir until creamy. Let flavors combine. Serve warm with Italian bread.

Beef Dill Dip — creamy, herby, and perfect for game day and family get-togethers.

Recipe:
• 16 oz sour cream
• 16 oz mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp dried dill
• 6 tbsp dried minced onions (or fresh)
• 1½ - 2lb dried beef, finely chopped
• 1 large pumpernickel loaf

Mix sour cream, mayo, dill, and onions with the beef in a large bowl.
Refrigerate overnight — do not skip this step. It thickens up, the flavors come together, and it’s absolutely delicious.

Cut the center out of the pumpernickel loaf, pour in the dip, and watch it disappear. Crackers and fresh veggies work perfectly too. 🥖🥕✨

Ingredients:
• Pomegranate seeds
• Blueberries
• Melted dark chocolate
• Chopped pistachios
• Freeze-dried raspberries
• Optional toppings: coconut flakes, flaky sea salt, nuts, etc.

Instructions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Use a small glass to shape berries & seeds into clusters.
3. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
4. Sprinkle toppings before chocolate sets.
5. Freeze 1 hour until firm.
6. Store in freezer and enjoy whenever a sweet craving hits.

Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup 🍋🥣
The coziest winter bowl—comforting, flavorful, and made in one pot. This lemon chicken orzo soup is perfect for chilly nights, easy weeknight dinners, or when you want something nourishing that everyone actually loves.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
3 carrots, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
½ medium onion, diced
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
8 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup dry orzo pasta
Large handful of fresh spinach
Salt & black pepper, to taste

For finishing:
Lemon juice & lemon zest
Fresh dill, chopped
Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté carrots, celery, and onion until softened. Stir in garlic and flour, then slowly add broth and seasonings. Add chicken and simmer until cooked through. Remove chicken, shred, and return to the pot with orzo; cook until tender. Stir in spinach.

Serve warm with lemon juice, lemon zest, Parmesan, and fresh dill, if desired.
