October always inspires me to get creative — and this little DIY might be my favorite yet. I used a real pumpkin as the base for a fresh floral arrangement — securing a soaked floral foam block right on top of the stem before adding layers of seasonal blooms in warm, harvest tones. 🍂

Pumpkin Bundt Cake 🎃 is a fun and festive pumpkin-shaped cake made from two perfectly baked Bundt cakes! This eye-catching “Bundtkin Cake” centerpiece not only captures the essence of fall but also bursts with flavor, inviting your friends and family to indulge in a slice of seasonal magic!

It’s perfect for Halloween parties, Thanksgiving gatherings, or any fall celebration, offering both a delicious treat and an impressive visual impact!

Ingredients:
- Two boxes (2 bags of mix included) of store-bought pumpkin bread mix: Each Bundt pan requires two bags of cake mix to make one Bundt cake. Or make your own homemade recipe.
- Cream cheese frosting: Store-bought for the center filling and orange-tinted for the exterior.
- Orange food coloring: To enhance the frosting's pumpkin hue.
- Snickers bar: Used for the cake's stem.
- Fresh greens (like parsley): For a touch of greenery on top.

Instructions:
1. Bake: Prepare the pumpkin bread mix according to package instructions and let the cakes cool completely.

2. Prepare the Cakes: Flip the first Bundt cake upside down on a platter and slice the top to create a flat surface. Optionally, trim the bottom of the second cake for stability.

3. Fill with Frosting: Spread cream cheese frosting in the center of the first Bundt cake for a delicious surprise.

4. Stack: Place the second Bundt cake on top of the first, ensuring it sits flat. Use cake trimmings to level the top as needed.

5. Frost: Cover the entire exterior with orange frosting, adding food coloring to achieve your desired shade.

6. Create the Stem: Cut a Snickers bar and place it on top as the pumpkin stem.

7. Add Greens: Trim a small piece of parsley or another green herb and place it alongside the Snickers bar for decoration.

Chocolate Caramel Apple Pops 🍎 By using apple slices instead of the whole fruit, you can savor the perfect portion size that packs in all the delicious flavors of a traditional caramel apple. With juicy apple slices, creamy caramel, velvety chocolate and your favorite toppings, each bite is a delicious, convenient mess & guilt free treat on a stick for any occasion.

Chocolate Caramel Apple Pops-

- Fresh apples, sliced to 1/2 inch thickness
- Popsicle sticks
- Caramel sauce
- Melted chocolate
- Toppings of your choice (such as chopped almonds, toffee bits, Reese's Pieces, pretzels, chopped nuts, dried fruit)

Directions:

1. Create a slit at the bottom of each apple slice and insert a popsicle stick.
2. Dip the apple slices in caramel and place them on a lined baking sheet or dish. Chill for 20 minutes (you can put them in the freezer for faster setting).
3. Dip the caramel-coated apple slices in melted chocolate. Make sure the chocolate is at room temperature.
4. Add your desired toppings to the chocolate-covered slices before the chocolate sets.
5. Chill until serving for a delicious and fun treat that everyone will love!
