Causally eating this 3x a week 😛 Ingredients: 1 lb thin-pounded chicken cutlets Flour Eggs Panko + parmigiano, salt & Italian seasoning Avocado oil, i used @chosenfoods Arugula, olive oil & a splash of balsamic Grilled lemons To-do: Dredge chicken in flour, eggs, then panko mix. Pan-fry in avocado oil until golden + crispy. Grill lemons in the same pan. Toss arugula with olive oil + balsamic and serve on top. Squeeze lemons over chicken & enjoyyy. P.s shallow-fry tip: shake of excess flour/egg/panko with each step, and make sure oil isn’t too hot when the chicken goes in! I often put a little chip or herb in the oil, and when it starts sizzling i know it’s ready. 🔥
