Our fall escape to Shelter Island 🛥️ There’s something truly magical about a place that makes family travel feel easy, because we all know traveling with littles can be anything but. @pridwin is that place where the kids are entertained, the parents can unwind, and everyone leaves feeling recharged. From s’mores fireside, tennis and bike rides to crafts, games, and outdoor movies, every detail feels thoughtful and every moment invites families to connect. The Pridwin reopens Friday, May 8, 2026, and it’s the kind of destination you’ll want on next summer’s list.

If you’re coming from Connecticut, take the Bridgeport to Port Jefferson ferry. Driving the car right onto the boat was such a highlight for the girls (and honestly, for us too!). Be sure to book your tickets in advance, then enjoy the scenic ride across the Sound before heading toward Shelter Island. The drive winds along Long Island’s charming North Fork coast is sprinkled with farm stands overflowing with fall produce. The final ferry to Shelter Island is a quick 10 minutes and doesn’t require a reservation, making the journey just as effortless as the destination.

An invitation to the coveted @maxmara Glass House lunch arrived, so I slipped into my finest wool trench and made my way. The iconic property sprinkled with models draped in the most splendid fall collection, sartorial romance in every silhouette, and of course, the iconic teddy coat with matching gloves. A seated brunch followed, elegant by choice, powerful by nature, surrounded by oxblood peonies, roses and lilies. The afternoon closed with Gallim Dance, coats flowing like autumn leaves in motion. The most perfect Autumnal day 🍂

When we founded @cucinacipoletti, our mission was not only to bring Italian artisanal provisions into your homes, but to create experiences that celebrate the beauty and tradition of gathering.

Last week, that vision came to life with the first of our dinner series, ‘A Tavola’ - an Italian expression meaning ‘the food is ready’. Inspired by the spirit of Sunday Supper, the evening was filled with laughter, conversation, and connection around the table.

There was something so special about the way the night unfolded, how easily everyone came together, how joy lingered in the air, and how the simplest moments felt so meaningful. It reminded us that the best memories are made not in the planning, but in the presence of those we love and cherish.

We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful way to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and this is only the beginning of many more memories to come.

The Isle of Skye in summer feels like a dream half-remembered, where time slows, beauty deepens, and every turn tells a story. This one feels personal. My first time in Scotland, tracing roots and ancestral ties that stretch farther than memory. A bucket list trip that somehow feels like coming home.

Design isn’t just about what you see, it’s about what you feel. In Bloom by @jyoungdesignhouse, framed in the timeless Castello by @framebridge, tells a story of romance, contrast, and cohesion. For me, art has always been the anchor and his piece, with its painterly florals and atmospheric depth, became the starting point for designing our living room. I just adore the architectural weight and antique-inspired richness, bridging the painting with the history of this old home. Every design choice, the moody walls, layered textiles, warm brass, and playful silhouettes, flowed from the emotion this artwork evokes.

It’s that time again! Pre-fall pieces are starting to trickle in, and the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is one of my favorite chances to grab those transitional staples before the season really turns.
