The fun part about writing a cookbook is you get to see behind the scenes of how books are made. I know so many of you have seen my book in the background of my recent videos but here’s a spoiler— it’s BLANK! This is what they call a dummy copy! It is so I can see and feel and hold my book before it is fully printed.
