Remember that pulled pork I made a few weeks ago? This is that. Found it in the back of the freezer like a little time-traveling gift from Past Me. Heated it up, slapped it on a plate, and boom — dinner. Sometimes when I’ve got too many leftovers, I just freeze them for Future Me to deal with. And today, Future Me is deeply grateful. No cooking. No regrets. Still delicious.
