Day one of making a sourdough loaf. 🥖 Once my starter (Catherine 🤍) was nice and bubbly, I mixed everything together, let the KitchenAid take over once the dough got too heavy, and then worked through a few rounds of stretch and folds about every 10 minutes to help strengthen the gluten. Now it’s time for the easiest and hardest part, letting the dough bulk ferment overnight. Part 2 tomorrow #LTKdayinmylife #LTKfitnessgoals #LTKfoodie
