FINALLY getting some sweater weather in San Diego and I am thrilled 😂 Wearing this lightweight, oversized cardigan that I found at Nordstrom Rack, and it’s perfect for the kind of fall weather we get here. Cozy without being too warm, which is exactly what I need 🍂

It finally feels like fall in San Diego, which means I’m immediately lighting all the candles 😂 Also, if you haven’t switched to an electric candle lighter yet, this is your sign. I used to ALWAYS burn my fingers with regular lighters, and this makes lighting candles so much easier. One of those random little things I use constantly!

This is exactly the kind of top I end up wearing constantly because it’s SO comfy but still makes me feel a little more put together. Technically a yoga tank, realistically wearing it for everything 😂

These are exactly the kind of babyproofing finds I want in our house 😂 They’re hidden inside the cabinet so you don’t see them from the outside, but they also don’t require a separate magnet or key to open them. Because realistically, I would lose that immediately.

Super simple, discreet, and one less thing sitting around on the counter.

These have been SO helpful now that we’re doing more pouches! They go right on top of food pouches and make it easier for Ollie to feed himself without me worrying quite as much about him squeezing the entire thing everywhere 😂 Such a simple little feeding find, but one we’ve been getting a lot of use out of lately.

This playpen has been SO helpful now that Ollie’s pulling himself up on everything! 😂 It’s great for standing practice, but it also gives our dog a little breathing room since Ollie’s current favorite activity is trying to grab handfuls of his fur. They can still hang out together, just with a little space between them. 🤍

Still loving our baby carrier nine months in! 🤍 We’ve used it so much since Ollie was little, and now that he’s big enough to face outward, it’s been so fun watching him take everything in. One of those baby purchases I’m genuinely so happy we made!

This little bookcase has been perfect for Ollie’s room! 🤍 I love the wave detail, and it’s so cute seeing him pull himself up to look at his books now. How is he already big enough to do that?! 🥹 It also comes with wall anchors so you can secure it as your little one gets more mobile.

I know I’m always talking about our library trips, but when I find a good board book, I’m absolutely bringing it home 😂📚

It may be 100 degrees outside but apparently I’m manifesting fall anyway 🍂 Went into Nordstrom Rack with some returns and somehow left with a little fall haul instead 😂 Kept 3 out of the 4 and honestly… I’m just excited that I’m finally starting to feel cute in clothes again and figure out what my postpartum style even is.

Put my pajama pants on in the middle of the afternoon and I have zero regrets 😂 But I did just get this new tee and it’s SO comfy while still making me feel slightly more put together than the old ratty t-shirts I usually reach for. Basically exactly what I want to wear around the house right now.

We’re borrowing an older sit-to-stand walker from our neighbor and Ollie is LOVING it right now. He’s in such a big “I want to stand up on everything” phase, so it’s been really fun watching him figure it out and get more confident on his feet.

Ours is an older version that isn’t sold anymore, so I linked the newer versions plus a few similar baby walkers I found!

We have officially reached the “if I look away for two seconds, he’s somewhere else” stage 😂

Now that Ollie is moving around more, he kept making his way off his play mat, so it was definitely time for a playpen. I love that we now have a little space for him right in our living room where he can move around and play while still being close to the kitchen and where we spend most of our day.

And selfishly, having somewhere I can put him down for a few minutes without immediately chasing after him has been LIFE CHANGING 🙌🏼

My current at-home iced coffee obsession 🧊☕️ I’ve been making the Nespresso Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso basically every morning lately. I add a little brown sugar before brewing, pour it over ice, and that’s it. So easy and SO good, especially when it’s way too hot for hot coffee 😂

This week’s freezer stash: peach and yogurt puree 🍑

I blended ripe peaches with yogurt until smooth, then portioned everything out and froze it. When I need an easy meal, I just grab a portion, defrost it, and it’s ready to go.

You could serve it on its own, mix it into oatmeal, stir it into chia pudding, or use it as a dip for soft fruit or pancakes.

The freezer has honestly become my best friend for baby food because I definitely do not have a fresh meal plan ready every day 😂

I originally bought this play mat thinking it was going to go in our garage, but it ended up being the perfect fit for our living room instead. It’s much thicker than I expected, which has actually been amazing now that Ollie is sitting, rolling, and launching himself around all day. If you’re in this stage too, this has been one of my favorite recent finds.

I finally found the perfect baby plates to make feeding easier! These suction plates are a game changer - they stay put on the table, and the divided sections help control portion sizes. They’re super easy to clean and safe for the microwave and dishwasher too. It’s made meal times so much smoother and less messy. Highly recommend for every busy parent!
