It finally feels like fall in San Diego, which means I’m immediately lighting all the candles 😂 Also, if you haven’t switched to an electric candle lighter yet, this is your sign. I used to ALWAYS burn my fingers with regular lighters, and this makes lighting candles so much easier. One of those random little things I use constantly!

These are exactly the kind of babyproofing finds I want in our house 😂 They’re hidden inside the cabinet so you don’t see them from the outside, but they also don’t require a separate magnet or key to open them. Because realistically, I would lose that immediately.

These have been SO helpful now that we’re doing more pouches! They go right on top of food pouches and make it easier for Ollie to feed himself without me worrying quite as much about him squeezing the entire thing everywhere 😂 Such a simple little feeding find, but one we’ve been getting a lot of use out of lately.

This playpen has been SO helpful now that Ollie’s pulling himself up on everything! 😂 It’s great for standing practice, but it also gives our dog a little breathing room since Ollie’s current favorite activity is trying to grab handfuls of his fur. They can still hang out together, just with a little space between them. 🤍

This little bookcase has been perfect for Ollie’s room! 🤍 I love the wave detail, and it’s so cute seeing him pull himself up to look at his books now. How is he already big enough to do that?! 🥹 It also comes with wall anchors so you can secure it as your little one gets more mobile.

Nine months in and we’re still loving our Nuna MIXX Next! 🤍 Ollie’s riding forward-facing now, and it’s so fun watching him take everything in on our walks. This stroller has gotten a LOT of use around here, and I’m so glad we went with it.

We’re borrowing an older sit-to-stand walker from our neighbor and Ollie is LOVING it right now. He’s in such a big “I want to stand up on everything” phase, so it’s been really fun watching him figure it out and get more confident on his feet.

We have officially reached the “if I look away for two seconds, he’s somewhere else” stage 😂

Now that Ollie is moving around more, he kept making his way off his play mat, so it was definitely time for a playpen. I love that we now have a little space for him right in our living room where he can move around and play while still being close to the kitchen and where we spend most of our day.

And selfishly, having somewhere I can put him down for a few minutes without immediately chasing after him has been LIFE CHANGING 🙌🏼

My current at-home iced coffee obsession 🧊☕️ I’ve been making the Nespresso Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso basically every morning lately. I add a little brown sugar before brewing, pour it over ice, and that’s it. So easy and SO good, especially when it’s way too hot for hot coffee 😂

This week’s freezer stash: peach and yogurt puree 🍑

I blended ripe peaches with yogurt until smooth, then portioned everything out and froze it. When I need an easy meal, I just grab a portion, defrost it, and it’s ready to go.

You could serve it on its own, mix it into oatmeal, stir it into chia pudding, or use it as a dip for soft fruit or pancakes.

The freezer has honestly become my best friend for baby food because I definitely do not have a fresh meal plan ready every day 😂
