If you have hooded eyes… tell me I’m not the only one. 😂 You spend time perfecting your eyeliner, open your eyes… and POOF. Gone. Or worse — it transfers onto your lid. 🙃 The trick is where you place your liner, not how much you use. I’ve found that keeping it thin and close to the lash line gives me the definition I want without making my eyes look smaller. Love these pencils from persona.
