To vibe or not to vibe… I have to say that I DO like using the vibe board after working out! However I don’t always choose to do it. It does take up room. I do think it helps with post workout recovery and drainage. Is it worth money or extra space? Yes and no. If you have extra space, then yes. If you are ok with spending $100 or more then yes. Otherwise, it’s a nice to have. It is NOT life changing, only enhancing. HOWEVER, if you have adhd/autism kids that need this kind of stimulation to focus or calm down, then 💯 recommend for 5 minutes each day in the afternoon or before dinner. Hope this helps anyone.
