I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

Here’s how I do my hands!

Start at the bottom and work your way up (always do the limb before doing your hand or foot or knee or elbow and just use the extra still on the mit for hands, feet, knees and elbows…..if you get too much on those areas then you’ll end up with it not looking great)

There are three rules to getting the BEST flawless tan
1. Wash your hands (washed them after putting it on my face and then will wash just the palms again after applying on body)
2. Put lotion on ANY dry spots before tanning (hands, feet, elbows, knees, etc)
3. Use Tanceuticals and blend

I’ve used the tanning face serum for years but you can use the foam on your face too if you don’t wanna buy two separate things!

Not all jigglers are created equal!!! I’ve gotten 3 to test out now to compare and this one is by far the BEST one all around!!!
