I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣
