I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

Recipe calls to cook whole chicken breasts but we like to cut them into smaller pieces cuz it tastes better for some reason (easier for kids to eat too) The kutest & sleekest non-toxic cooking utensils from @caraway_home

Pat the chicken dry (helps seasonings stick), trim all the gross pieces off the chicken and pound it if you have thick breats

You need:
Chicken breasts
Heavy whipping cream
Garlic
Parmesan cheese
Chicken broth
Oil
Thyme leaves
Salt
Pepper
Sun-dried tomatoes

I got to go feed my gma lunch today (she hasn’t been eating much lately 😩) and she told me “I’ll eat some if you shut your mouth after” ☠️🤣 but I got her to eat quite a bit! And Bryce ran to the store and got her an orange crush cuz she reeeally wanted one! As I was feeding her, it gave me a major flashback of her taking care of me when I was little and it just made me realize that how we treat our kids and grandkids is exactly how they’ll end up treating us when we’re old (& she’s lucky I learned from the best)
