More comfortable that the boujee one we just got and we could have bought like 15 of these for the same price of the one 😩 ya live and ya learn

I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

Family sleepover

Making myself walk for an hour cuz I feel like laying down isn’t helping me so might as well move my butt

I haven’t felt the greatest today so I ended up taking a nap and when I woke up, Kamp brought me a bag of ice he made for my head 🥹

Good thing we’ve got quillows cuz we sure as heck don’t have towels there yet 🤣
