I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

Breadwinner was SOOO good!
We laughed so much! I was curious if Kamp would get bored since it’s not a cartoon but he didn’t at all!
It was so cold in there though that I would have literally had to leave if we didn’t have our quillows 🥶

I just did a 15 min leg workout that completely wrecked me but it’s so simple:
20 lbs in each hand
10 lunges
10 deadlifts
10 squats
3 sets

These shots will go every night for a couple weeks and I’ll start estrace next week and I’ll be getting an ultrasound and bloodwork every week to monitor my lining and once it’s thick enough then I’ll start the progesterone shots in butt/hip area and then do the transfer 5-6 days later!
