Low tox, but make it easy and cute Some of the best swaps I have made are not even products marketed as “low tox.” They are just better choices that helped me lower my overall daily load. That is the part people miss…. It is NOT about being perfect 24/7. It is about reducing the DAILY exposures so your body has a little more breathing room. Because yes, sometimes I still want the Diet Coke. Sometimes I still want the Botox. And I am okay with that. When my everyday routine is clean, my body allows for some fun, but if I’m already at my limit, that’s when the wheels fall off. My Function Health labs results showed my biological age at 26 even though I’m 40, and I truly think lowering my toxic load has played a role in that. Amazon workout stuff is 1/3 of the price of the brand names, and it’s been SO good lately. The leggings are true to size, I wear MEDIUM (save the brand of these leggings, they make 3 or 4 types that are amazing) The shirt is a “Oner inspired” dupe and it goes on sale a lot. Thermals, but make it cute 👀 the last look is my absolute fav! I’ve been having fun with making my wardrobe more chic since moving to the U.S., and I don’t want to give up just because it’s getting colder outside, so I’ve been trying some thermal layers. I have the tops in 3 colors now: brown, cream and baby blue, and I find myself reaching for them most days. They’re super stretchy and soft.
