This is the best backpack I've used. For a working toddler mom, this holds diapers, snacks, and my computer in a safe, padded space. It has the perfect number of pockets, fits on top of a roller bag, and fits under the airplane seat perfectly.

Finally a pair of Wide leg (but not TOO wide) jeans that I love! I’m 5’9 - wearing a size 7 (I normally wear an 8/10) in pants. The fabric is stretchy but not too bulky.

I was CRACKING myself up at my voiceover. Clearly that was not scripted…LOL.

But for real: I am in a season of healing. It’s been a WILD 5 years. Two adoptions from foster care, single parenting, getting married, leaving the marriage less than 3 months into it, a divorce, back to single parenting and processing too much change and trauma to count. I am focused on healing.

I am excited to have the Oura ring as a helpful tool that provides DATA. When you are in trauma and recovering from your nervous system being completely out of whack, I like concrete proof of what is going on in my body.

Anyone else in their healing era? What’s your best tip/trick/tool for healing you’ve done lately?

PS. Get the sizing guide first and wear it for 24 hours to see which size feels best after you sleep, workout, etc! I went with a size 9 in the silver!
