Morning supplement routine for my son 🤍 sharing what’s been working for us lately

We keep it simple but intentional—this combo has been really helpful for supporting focus, mood, and overall gut health. The saffron has been amazing for helping with hyperactivity and emotional regulation, and I’ve noticed such a difference in how he processes his thoughts and communicates.

We always include a probiotic (I rotate every few months so his body doesn’t get too used to one), and right now we’re using this one from BioRay Kids which I love.

Super Calm is our go-to to help him stay balanced and relaxed throughout the school day.

To make it easy, I crush or open anything that needs it, mix everything together in a small container with a little water, and he takes it quickly in one go. It keeps things simple and stress-free for both of us.

Nighttime supplement routine for my son 🤍

At night, our focus is calming his body and supporting his nervous system. This combo has been really helpful for that—especially the zinc and adrenal cortex for mood support and helping with more intense stimming.

I never try to stop stimming, but I do try to support him in ways that keep him safe and comfortable. This has made a big difference for us.

We still include a probiotic, and I mix everything together with a little water to make it easy. I add just a small amount of Super Calm at night mainly to give it some flavor so it’s not just… let’s be real… questionable tasting 😂

One thing that has been helping Ashton lately 🤍

We recently started incorporating a saffron supplement into his routine for ADHD support, and I’ve personally noticed a difference in his impulsivity, hyperactivity, and even how clearly he’s able to communicate his thoughts. It’s been really encouraging to see.
