Trying these MB1 supplements in attempts to give my metabolism a boost. Since Hashimotos causes your body to attack its own thyroid and your thyroid manages your metabolism- mine has significantly slowed. And while we’re working to get my thyroid out of the negative, it is a slow process. So I’m hoping this helps regulate things until my body can do it on its own. The reviews look super promising.
