Zara got me good. 😂🛍️ I went in for one thing and ended up leaving with several new summer outfits, a few surprises, and a reminder that trying things on is always worth it. Some pieces came home with me immediately, some stayed at the store, and a few taught me that just because something is cute doesn’t mean it’s right for me. One thing I loved about this haul was seeing how different Zara sizing can be from piece to piece. For reference, I’m 5’4”, around 165 lbs, usually a Medium in tops and a Large/XL in bottoms. I’ve also created individual posts for each outfit with detailed sizing, fit notes, and whether I ended up keeping it or leaving it behind. These Arrae bloat pills are the best I’ve ever tried. And I have tried some really, really good ones! They work almost immediately and cause no discomfort. 10/10 would recommend🙌🏾 Since those worked so well, I decided to see what their other products are hitting on. Trying these MB1 supplements in attempts to give my metabolism a boost. Since Hashimotos causes your body to attack its own thyroid and your thyroid manages your metabolism- mine has significantly slowed. And while we’re working to get my thyroid out of the negative, it is a slow process. So I’m hoping this helps regulate things until my body can do it on its own. The reviews look super promising. Morning supplement routine for my son 🤍 sharing what’s been working for us lately We keep it simple but intentional—this combo has been really helpful for supporting focus, mood, and overall gut health. The saffron has been amazing for helping with hyperactivity and emotional regulation, and I’ve noticed such a difference in how he processes his thoughts and communicates. We always include a probiotic (I rotate every few months so his body doesn’t get too used to one), and right now we’re using this one from BioRay Kids which I love. Super Calm is our go-to to help him stay balanced and relaxed throughout the school day. To make it easy, I crush or open anything that needs it, mix everything together in a small container with a little water, and he takes it quickly in one go. It keeps things simple and stress-free for both of us. While I used to go for super defined curls, I learned I wanted more volume which meant I had to switch up my routine. Here’s what I changed: 1. I towel dry my hair before hand as opposed to styling it soaking wet. 2. I don’t add that much product to my roots. Instead I focus on the middle and ends. 3. No more finger coiling. Just letting my natural curls form on their own. 4. I don’t brush the product through. I simply smooth it over my hair. This is not only a simpler method but the dry time is shorter as well 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 They don’t last as long as when I finger coil my hair but I also don’t mind redoing my hair because this routine takes way less time. I always prefer defined curls over big volume in this weather, so yes—she’s a little heavier, but she LASTS. I started with a deep condition using Moroccanoil to bring my curls back to life, then layered my staples from Pattern Beauty Indigo Rain line including the leave-in conditioner and palo santo curl gel for hydration + hold.
