I’ve been getting a lot more intentional about gut health lately, and one thing my doctor recommended was rotating probiotics every few months instead of staying on the same one forever.

I’ve used Seed for a long time and still love it, but I’m currently trying Ritual’s Synbiotic+ and it’s been a really easy addition to my routine. So far, so good!

Trying to find restaurants that fit my anti-inflammatory lifestyle has been…an adventure. 😅

So when I found a spot where I could order without playing detective on every ingredient, I was immediately excited.

After 4 months of wearing my hair curly, I finally decided to do a blowout—and I was fully prepared for it to take forever. 😂

Instead, I blow-dried it, flat-ironed the roots, curled it, and finished the entire process in under 2 hours, which I genuinely don’t think has ever happened before.

I went in for one thing and ended up leaving with several new summer outfits, a few surprises, and a reminder that trying things on is always worth it.

Some pieces came home with me immediately, some stayed at the store, and a few taught me that just because something is cute doesn’t mean it’s right for me.

One thing I loved about this haul was seeing how different Zara sizing can be from piece to piece. For reference, I’m 5’4”, around 165 lbs, usually a Medium in tops and a Large/XL in bottoms.

Don’t get me wrong—I think it’s really cute.

I love the trumpet sleeves, the textured fabric, and the sage green color. It gives effortless beach vacation energy and would be so cute for a resort dinner, boardwalk stroll, or summer trip.

But for whatever reason, I just wasn’t obsessed with it.

And I’ve gotten a lot better about only bringing home pieces that I absolutely love instead of pieces that are just “pretty good.”

This one was cute, but it didn’t make the final cut.

This was the wild card of the haul. 💛

I grabbed these shorts because I thought they were cute, but I fully expected them to be way too short for me. Then I put this outfit on and surprised myself.

Normally, I don’t walk around with this much of my stomach showing, and seeing my stretch marks front and center is definitely outside my comfort zone. But for some reason, this outfit just worked.

Maybe it’s because yellow has always been my favorite color. Maybe it’s because I’m finally starting to feel more comfortable in my body again. Or maybe it’s because sometimes the outfit you least expect ends up being the one you can’t stop thinking about.

Either way, this one is coming with me to Puerto Rico. ✈️☀️

This dress should have been an easy yes for me. 💛

The color is one of my favorites, I love a fit-and-flare silhouette, and the overall shape was really flattering.

But the bust detail just didn’t work for me.

You know those dresses that have underwire detailing that looks like it’s supposed to provide support, but it’s really just there for decoration? That was this dress. 😂

I kept trying to make the top work, but I couldn’t get past it, and if I’m being honest with myself, I knew I wouldn’t reach for it once I got home.

That said, if the bust area works for your shape, I think this would be such a cute summer dress.

The pants are lightweight, comfortable, and surprisingly flattering, and the polka dot satin top makes the whole look feel perfect for vacation, a casual dinner, or a summer night out when you want to look cute without wearing a dress.

These shorts almost came home with me. 💛

The color is gorgeous, the side detail is so pretty, and I loved the relaxed fit. If I hadn’t already fallen in love with a few other pieces from this haul, these definitely would have made the final cut.

The bandeau top was cute too, but I just couldn’t get it to work for me. As someone who likes a little more support, I knew I probably wouldn’t reach for it once I got home.

That’s become my new shopping rule: if I have to convince myself I’ll wear it, it stays at the store. 😂

The color combination is gorgeous, the ruching is incredibly flattering, and I loved the way this dress fit through the waist and hips.

The only reason I didn’t end up buying it? I’m a bra girl. 😂

This is definitely one of those dresses that looks best without a traditional bra, and I personally just didn’t feel supported enough to reach for it regularly.

That said, if you’re comfortable going braless or using fashion tape, I think this would be such a fun summer vacation, date night, or girls’ night dress.

Tonight I made a coconut red curry shrimp with rice noodles using shrimp, coconut cream, garlic, ginger, onions, sweet peppers, spinach, lime, and red curry paste. I even threw spinach in because I had some that was about to go bad and I’m always trying to add extra greens where I can 😂

It turned out SO good. Flavorful, cozy, filling, and still light enough that I didn’t feel bloated afterwards. Even Ashton loved it 🥹
