Okay wait… this viral tin fish pasta actually lived up to the hype 👀🍝
Made the Fishwife mackerel + chili oil pasta with gluten-free noodles, cherry tomatoes, shallot, garlic, capers, and roasted garlic algae oil and it was SO good. Light, flavorful, packed with protein, and surprisingly anti-inflammatory friendly.

I’ve been trying to focus more on meals that leave me feeling satisfied instead of heavy and bloated, and this one did exactly that. Definitely adding this to my “quick lunches that feel fancy” rotation.
