backstory ::: I had the opportunity to speak on a Lupus Awareness panel with @lupusorg and I was really nervous because I’ve never spoken to a crowd before. It’s funny because I speak to millions of people each day, but never face to face. Tay thought it might help me to practice, so I practiced walking out and speaking. I was having a hard time figuring out how to walk and talk… which is a rough start, but we have to start somewhere! 😂 I tried a bunch of different ways and it was really funny.
