🚶🏽‍♀️ Week 5 of the Menopause Is G.H.E.T.T.O Walking Challenge!

Starting July 6, I’m adding beginner-friendly strength training to my daily walks! These short workouts are perfect for women in perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, and all the damn pauses.

Building muscle is one of the best things we can do for our metabolism, bone health, balance, and overall strength as we age.
