Crockpot garlic Parmesan chicken - dump, cook, done.

Recipe:
• 3–5 chicken breasts
• 2 bottle garlic Parmesan sauce
• 2 can Rotel (original)
• 2 8 oz cream cheese blocks
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella
• Penne pasta (cooked separately)

Add everything except pasta to the crockpot.
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
Shred chicken, stir, add pasta, and serve.
