This was the exact programming I used to begin my strength training journey 💪 NOW for today’s workout: Warmup: activate with @crossoversymmetry (non negotiable everyday) then into 3 ends: light cardio, 10 posted single leg deadlift (my new favorite) and some core STRENGTH: Backsquats: 5x5 (2 min loop) at moderate weight KB goblet squats: 4x10 reps Barbell hip thrust: 4x10 reps Metcon for hyrox training: 2 rounds and 3 sets each: 800 m run 750 m ski (you can sub this as needed) Answering any questions you have and happy strength training.
