Simple and yummy! 1 C almond milk 1-2 handfuls of spinach 1 C of berries ( any combo you like ) 1 banana Spoonful of almond butter ( or any nut butter ) 1 scoop of protein powder ( I use the vanilla one linked below ) 1 scoop of Thorne creatine ( newest addition to smoothie - helps with muscle recovery, bone health and cognitive benefits ) I use a ninja but any blender works!
