So I started small. Matching sets. Softer mornings. Intentional little choices that remind me I'm a person, not just a function.

Romanticizing parenthood isn't about pretending it's perfect. It's about deciding that you are worth the effort. Even on a Wednesday. Even when no one sees it. Even when the laundry pile is still there.

We only get one of these lives. Might as well make it a little more… fancy. 🥂

Coffee Chocolate Chip Mousse

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ¾ cup hot brewed coffee

-On low heat, combine chocolate chips and hot coffee, and stir until fully melted and smooth
-Remove from heat
-Set the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice water
-Whisk vigorously for 3-5 minutes while the mixture cools
-Once it reaches a mousse-like consistency, divide into serving cups
-Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up
