Coffee Chocolate Chip Mousse • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips • ¾ cup hot brewed coffee -On low heat, combine chocolate chips and hot coffee, and stir until fully melted and smooth -Remove from heat -Set the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice water -Whisk vigorously for 3-5 minutes while the mixture cools -Once it reaches a mousse-like consistency, divide into serving cups -Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up
