Self love is very painful 😅 . This is not a workout 🏋️ video. I am not nearly decently good at pilates, but I wanted to show you that is possible to get home, put your kids to sleep and have a moment of self-love. . I took clases to learn half decent routines and also watch lots of videos online. I turn on my TV and spend about an hour on the exercises I remember.
