2 cups chicken breast or thighs
2 cups chicken stock
3 carrots (sliced)
2 celery stalks
1 small onion
1 can cream of chicken
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt + pepper to taste
1 box Rice-A-Roni
¾ cup heavy cream

Cook on low for 5 hours — the easiest cozy fall dinner! 🍲

What did you dress up as? Last day of Crocktober calls for cozy vibes 🎃 Making my easy Halloween night chili for the whole family! Just toss it all in the crockpot and let it do the work 🍲👻

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground meat
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small onion (chopped)
2 peppers (chopped)
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can light red kidney beans
2 packs McCormick chili seasoning
Salt + pepper to taste

Cook 4–5 hours on HIGH and enjoy! 🍁

Happy Crocktober!! Fall comfort food = DONE 🙌
This crockpot pepper soup is a lifesaver for busy moms (and a hit with the whole family!). I swapped rice for chopped cauliflower to keep it lighter, but you can make it either way. 🍲

✨ Recipe ✨
• 2 cans tomato sauce
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 cup water
• 2 large peppers, diced
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 1 cup cauliflower (or rice)
• 1 -2 lbs cooked ground beef
👉 Toss it all in the crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours. Serve with Italian butter bread or crackers. SO easy, SO good.

Happy Crocktober! 🍂 Kicking off crockpot week with one of our family favorites — my pulled pork crockpot recipe! The secret? Using a pork tenderloin 👏

Here’s how to make it:
1️⃣ Add a 2.5 lb pork tenderloin to your crockpot.
2️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt on top.
3️⃣ Brush brown mustard all over the pork.
4️⃣ Add 1 cup of water + ½ cup of vinegar.
5️⃣ Cook on low for 5 hours.
6️⃣ Shred, add your favorite BBQ sauce, pile it on a bun & enjoy!
